Essons has been manufacturing bonded rubber-to-metal (as well as rubber-to-plastic) parts for over 30 years. As a Primary and Secondary compounder of rubber (in-house), our chemist have outstanding knowledge of the physical properties of our rubber (many of our competitors outsource their primary compounded materials)

Our chemists understand the polymeric blends of adhesives used in the bonding processes and how different adhesives work or bond with our rubber formulations

We understand how to test and evaluate the external, orenvironmental, factors that have substantial affect on the proper bonding of rubber to metals or plastics.
