We produce close tolerance gaskets in each of our four global manufacturing facilities worldwide in a wide range of materials and custom compounds. We use the most advanced element design technology, rubber compounding and processing technologies enabling us to provide our customers with simple to highly complex forms and shapes of gaskets to meet their exact needs. We are very competitive in producing rubber gaskets in low, medium and long production runs.

All of our tooling for our gasket products is produced in-house by highly qualified tooling engineers with years of experience. In addition, Essons provides both primary and secondary compounding of materials. Both in-house tooling and our compounding capabilities are major competitive advantages of Essons, and both contribute to higher quality control and reliable parts.
