Feeding unit:

1.Lead edge feeding is adopted to deliver the paper. It can just air volume according to the cardboard bending degree so that make sure to deliver the paper smoothly.
2.Motor is used to start protection device. If the machine is not fixed, the main energy will unable to start.
3. It can do continuous and skip cardboard feeding.
4.Double rubber rollers for feeding, the rubber rollers have slot for prevent the moisture and pressure, so that can reduce squashed feeding paper.
5. The feeding rubber rollers are with cylinder cushion device. It can do precise feeding. It is reliable and will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.
6. The left and left baffles adopt electrical control with data displayhere can add automatic pneumatic aligning device. The back baffle adopts electrical adjustment. The front baffle space is synchronous manual adjustment.
7.It adopts dust removal device.Dust brush and vacuuming fan can clean dust of the surface cardboard      
8. Electric controls the machine and with alarm bell so that can guarantee the safety of the operator.
9. Electronic counting be used to setup the production. When it completes the production, the alarm will warn automatically (if choose the touch screen control, the touch screen can display the production quality.
 
Printing unit

1.   The printing roller adopts high-quality steel, with grinding surface and hard chromium plating.
2.   Foot switch is installed to control the clockwise and counter clockwise of the plate drum. The printing plate can changed easily.
3.  The printing roller shaft is manual adjustment. Themaximum amount of movement is 10mm on left and right. It also equipped with lock mechanism.
4. Cooperate with paper feeding system pneumatic type automatic lifting devices,(whensending the paper ,the anilox roller goes down to attach with the and printing plate, while stopping sending paper, the anilox roller will rise to separate with the printing plate)  and attach with idling device).
5.It adopts circulation pneumatic inking. The strainer filtrate the impurities to ensure the quality of printing.
6.  The printing phase adopts PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360°adjustment (it can be adjusted both running and stopping).
7. Automatic zero setting, in order to ensure that the unit have unified adjust benchmark, generally two sheets of cardboard printing can adjust the correct position, reduce the waste of the cardboard.
 
Die cutting unit

1. The rubber roller machine adoptsscrew type, crosswise movement. The movement distance is 40mm.
2. Die-cutting roller phase adopts PLC and electric digital 360° adjustment. It can be adjusted whatever it is running or not running (it can also choose PLC and touch screen adjustment.)
3. Die-cutting roller adopts PLC electric digital 360° adjustment. The adjustment range is ±10mm.
4.The space adjustment of the rubber roller and the die-cutting roller adopt self-locking structure with cylinder to make a large quick adjustment. It can reduce the damage of the rubber and increase the service life.
5. The feeding roller adjustment adopts self-locking structure.
6. Speed compensation device can make the rubber spring roller move with the template roller, so that the rubber rollers surface speed can be controlled by the knife.
7. The machine is equipped withcorrecting device of the rubber spring roller.
Stacking unit

1.Picking up arms can do manual or automatic operation, with insurance institutions, prevent meet paper arm suddenly whereabouts, security operation personnel security of person.
2. The rising and descending of the machine too platform is driven by the chain.
3. The height of the pilling is 1600mm.
