Functions and Features:
1.It adopts semiautomatic chain feeding anddouble side check plate positioning, ensuring the accuracy of feeding and printing.
2. CAD modular design enables arbitrary combination of single, double, multiple- color printing units.
3. It is motorized detachment and combination, pneumatic locking and loosening of printing units. The alarm and warning light hint increases safety of operation.
4. The inker automatically breaks away from the printing plate to protect it from being damaged in case of mechanical shutdown.
5. Self-suction ink device can control alone auto idling circulation of reticulate roll to prevent ink from drying while the motor stops working temporarily, and it is with auto cleaning function.
6.All the drive rollers and shafts are fine-grinded and hard-chrome plated.
7.Plate-hanging devices are adopted for big drum printing plate, which can be adjusted quickly in axial direction to make pasting precise and time-saving & labor-saving.
8. Quick 360 degree phase adjustment is adopted in the slotting part of drum printing plates, and it is with digital display screen. The slotting part has electric phase adjustment to improve efficiency.
9. Automatic counting devices are adopted, which can control the quantity of the production.
10.The knives for slotting and corner cutting are specially designed ,making it have long service life and high durability.
