Lead time:
12 days if only an extension of existing families.
15 Days for nozzles that can be machined off bar stock (10 extra days if no inventory bar stocks).
30 Days for nozzles that require tooling.
5 to 8 new nozzles can be developed simultaneously within 20 days.
Raw Materials:
Brass, 303SS, 316SS and 316L (round, hex and square), Ceramic and Ruby Orifices, PVDF, ABS, PVC, PP, POM, Cast Steel, Titanium etc.. Confirming to GB/T1220-1992 and ASTM A582/A582M-05, ASTM A276-06, ASTM B16/B16M-05 Standards. Origin of raw materials: Japan (Brass, SS Materials), others local, gradually localizing supply of brass and SS bar stocks due to much shorter lead time and lower costs.
Incoming Inspection:
Mill Certificate requested with each incoming delivery over brass and SS bar stocks.
100% incoming inspection check.
Traceability: Yes, by keeping records.
Tooling is outsourced to local vendors. Local Foundries also used.
Logistics:
Air Courier (DHL) for goods less than 50kg, daily pick-up, other carriers including FEDEX, UPS,TNT, 5 working days to reach destination.
Air Cargo for goods exceeding 50kg, daily flights to USA, 7 working days.
Sea shipments for bulky and long lead time goods: any port of China
