China New Trend Group Co., Ltd. was a collective-owned company attached to the Second Light Industrial Bureau of Rui'an City when it was founded in 1986 and was re-organized as a share-holding corporation approved by Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Commission in 1999. In 2004, New Trend became a non-regional limited group company authorized by State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
