Production Description:

Metal sealing materials or gaskets could be made from different base materials coated various rubber on the top and (or) bottom surfaces for special applications. Base materials include stainless steel, Tinplate sheet and galvanized sheet, Etc. According to requirements, Screen printing with silicone or FR supports mini- Sealing function for material surface.

Example: MT- SL- FR- SS means with stainless steel as base material, Coated fluorine rubber on surface, And screen printing.

Example: MT- TP- FR- SS- 3 means metal gaskets with tinplate as base material, Coated fluorine rubber on surface, Screen printing, And 3 layers on total.

Metal composite sealing materials and gaskets could combine metal core sheet and graphite or foamed polypropylene or foamed polybutylenes, Etc sheet processed with special technology.
