The joining of mr. Amit ralhan soon after, saw the company's growth from a small to sizeable manufacturing unit, with a single product capacity, into a multi-dimensional and multi product entity.
The total group consists of five manufacturing units at new delhi and more are in the process to come up. The ultra modern sophisticated plant and machinery makes it possible for us to be the world leaders in areas of competition.
Our in house process includes machining, heat treatment, induction hardening, plating, welding, metal forging, painting and assembly departments

Ralhan group design & development team comprises of talent which has been acquired over the years keeping in mind the current day requirements as well. Ralhan group has the ability to develop the products right from the inception stage when the vehicle is conceived, making changes to its product as the vehicle takes shapes and ultimately fitment on the vehicle. Ralhan group is capable of designing products from 159 mm which is lower end and above 430mm catering to various torque and rpm requirements of the engine. Ralhan group has developed various alternative materials successfully and the products are extensively used for export market.
Obviously the range of expertise available covers a vast segment - mechanical, hydraulic, manufacturing, assembly automation, logistics etc.
Ralhan group also undertakes reverse engineering to suit specific customer needs and also designs test rigs to meet customer validation programs.
Ralhan group is fully conversant with material sciences, design software, 3-d modeling and utilizes these tools effectively in product design and coming out with prototypes.
Ralhan group maintains absolute confidentiality in their interactions with customers and offers suggestions on vehicle installations for not only for the betterment of the products but also for the customers.
