5. Description of foundry line:
First foundry line: Tokyu AMF- III07R made in Japan, The dimensions of pattern plates width 600mm, Length 700, Height 250mm to 500mm.
Secondary foundry line: Z148E Vibrating Press Moulding Line made in China, The dimensions of pattern plates width 930mm, Length 780, Height 250mm to 500mm.
6. Annual tonnage of the foundry line: About 40 thousands Tons.

8 CNC machining center, For drilling and milling of parts in large series, X axis to the 800mm, Y axis to the 500mm, Z axis to the 600mm.
10 sets CNC vertical lathe (made in YUJI CO. )
9. There are about six hundreds model of disc in our Co.
10. We produce 0. 2 millions truck’s disc and 2 millions car’s disc in 2005 year.
11. About 1 millions of brake disc for available free capacity at present.
