3 the axle spindle is processed by solid forging and heat-treatment , in this way ,the spindle has strong strength
4 Adopting the Submerged -arc welding to make the whole beam more reliale .
5 to testing the axle quality ,we use the solid and crack detection technology .
6 in order to keep the bearing at the same level .we use digital controlled lathe and the grinding machine .
7 we use double sides single hole and double sides three holes boring lathe ,thus the double sides of axle are processed at the same time . ( this is good to make sure the concentricity of the whole axle )
8 the brake lining is adopted the high performance ,non-asbestos ,non-pollution and long use life material ,this comply with the International environmental standard .
