AOTONG Axle processing technology advantages:
(1) AOTONG axle beam is made of 20Mn2 seamless pipe to ensure the strong capacity .
(2) AOTONG axle spindle is processed by solid forging to make sure the strong strength .
(3) AOTONG axle spindle is processed by digital controlled lathe to keep the bearing be at the same level .
(4) AOTONG axle body is processed by the double sides ,single hole boring lathe and double sides three holes to insure the concentricity of the whole axle .
(5) AOTONG axle spindle is connected by the submerged -
arc welding technology to make sure the whole beam be reliable .
