Production Description:

3 the axle spindle is processed by the digital controlled lathe .

4 the bearing position is processed by the grinding maching  .

5 we use double sides single hole and double sides three holes lathe to process the concentricity of  whole axle .

6 the axle spindle is connected by the Submerged -arc welding machine .

7 we use grades and premium Mn steel plate to make the main body .

8 the axle brake lining is adopted  non-asbestos , high -performance  , no pollutions  materials . 

9 the grease is accordance with the International standard ,thus we make sure the long use life for the whole bogie suspension .
