Production Description:

The transmission has five forward speeds and one reverse speed. Synchronizers are adopted to all speeds. The 2ND speed is dual cone synchronizer.

Front and rear cases all adopt the die casting aluminum alloy, realizing light in weight, efficiency in fuel consumption. Intermediate plate is located between front and rear cases, make it easy in assembling.

The forward adopts inertial synchronizer, which realized smoothness, flexibility and reliability when shifting. Shifting lock is adopted to avoid shifting in error, needle roller bearing is adopted in gears to meet high speed rotatio in modern engine, synchronizer ring adopt copper alloy, making the shifting system high anti-worn and low noise. Adopt cylindrical roller bearing, maing the products high load capacity, compact structure. Adopt advanced manufacturing process, like gear profile modification process, realizing low noise.
