The advanced machinery and facilities that we have include: a total of more than 80 sets of punching equipment, of which 80-ton to 200-ton punching equipment accounts for 40%, a 150-tons hydraulic machine, a electrostatic dust free patint spraying workshop and an automatic powder sprayng production line imported from France and U.S.A. respectively, and a full set of prodction facilities comprising a fully automatic frying line, imported pad-printing machines and a fully automatic ultrasound acid washing line, which are capable of providing one-stop production services from punching, washing, paint spraying, powder spraying to screen printing.
