Changshu Linzhi Electric Technique Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred as LEESHR ) should be traced back to its original entity Changshu Linzhi Lighting Co. Ltd. which was established in 1997.

Oct.2002, we established a Joint Venture called CHANGSHU LINZHI ELECTRIC TECHNIQUE CO., LTD. with Korean INCHEON DOO HEE Co. Ltd. The Joint Venture set up its factory buildings at the New Hi-tech Park, Changshu Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, P.R.C. Oct.2003, after inputting the advanced equipment from Korea, the Joint Venture started to run its business of manufacturing and marketing all kinds of automotive bulbs and lamps.

And then in 1999 we had H3/12V 55W authenticated by E13, too.
