(1).Made of titanium, zirconium, SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel tubes.its shaped is dividing into vertical shaped, L-shaped and Z-shaped

 

 

 

(2). The surface power and tubes diameter is according to the installation location , the chemical liquids nature and the characteristics of solid deposit in liquid .

Regular tubes diameter: ø11mm,ø17mm,ø25mm,ø30mm,ø32mm,ø45mm,ø50mm.

 

(3).Tubes diameter for ø11mm and ø17mm are shrinkage tubes heaters, it is used in solution heating, the surface power is 5.6W/Cm2. Applying to the solution heating which is good mobility, less solid deposition and the solution doesnt dissolve out the crystal on the heaters surface after cooling.

 

(4).The series of ø45mm tubes diameter made with low surface power, it got excellent Durability and is available for horizontal type heating of PCB

 

(5). The voltages have 120V, 240v, 380v, 415v and 480v, single-phase and three-phase (according to clients requirements), Power range from 0.5kw to 140kw

 

(6). Temperature Sensor and Thermal protection
