Mold manufature capability in dw
For high-end mold, we can manufacture 32 cavity unscrewing mold and high additional value layer mold: For double injection mold, we can manufacture integral mold and split type mold with more than 20 double injection machines to do mass production. For mold package, we can provide blow molding for mold manufacure and prodocution, bottle. For large mold, we have a machining center with 5m stroke which can machining the mold of 30ton weight. We also provide sevice of outsourcing machining.

For rapid tooling: We have our own rapid modbase [spacer super moldbase) and can finish a set of mold in 60 hours, which help not to lost custmer and money due to be late for delivery.
