Shanghai Dayou Plastic Mould Co., Ltd was found in Nov. 2004, which is a professional
company donated in producing or processing car plastic moulds and parts.

We are experienced in auto parts projects, and provide our customers full range of service
and products, such as moulds, plastic parts, assembling and painting. Our main products
are steering wheel, airbag cover, panel, A B pillar, grilles, air vent, interior strips etc for VW,GM, KIA, Hyundai.

We have mould workshop, plastic injection workshop and cleaning room painting line . We
already made 200+ sets steering wheel moulds for our customers, and always meet our
customers’ requirement with our excellent technology and best service. Our plastic injection
machine is from 88T to 1400T for different size plastic parts. Our painting line is 36mX1.2m

We got the ISO 9001 certification in 2005, and started the technical cooperation with Korea
MTM corporation in 2007 Feb.. The design of products are developed in Korea, moulds
development and volume production are in China, which enhances a lot on our technology
and management.

We are training on TS16949 now, and will get the certificate by July 2011.
