Production Description:
U641B/ U642B is with intermittent function and blast wiper function, applied in 12V automotive wiper relay. Using U641B/ U642B IC provide accurate timing controlling function. Spraying and wiping operation can be inserted in
intermittent working state. Interval pause and wiping time (after spraying) can be set to fixed values by using resistors in a broad time range. Interval pause: 4 to 20 s, wiping time after spraying: 2-20s, Wipe/wash mode has priority over interval mode; Relay driver with Z-diode; wiping action (after spraying) delay time: 0.1s(U642B)or (U641B); Load-dump
protected. With different peripheral circuit, may applied with 24V wiper relay.
