We have a well established and full in-house facility and set up including full fledged PRESS SHOP, PLATING SHOP. We ALSO HAVE A FULLY AUTOMATIC CNC OPERATED 11 STAGE CONTINUES STRIP FEEDING PRESS LINE on which we have a facility of 8 press operations , 2 tapping/threading operations, 1 nut welding( projection type) operation . With the help of this we manufacture 12-15 thousand finished products with several different operations per day with permissible tolerances and consistency .So it becomes very easy to cope up any quantities with quality. We can develop any component as per your requirement.
