  The needle clutch and the assembling unit of needle clutch with stamped external ring is made of high quality thin sheet and manufactured by fine stamping process. It is fitted with corresponding plastic retainer and spring and can transmit a great torque and save the space.
  The needle clutch with stamped external ring itself has not the characteristic to bear the load ,but if a needle bearing with stamped external ring that has the same diameter as the clutch is used at the same time , this problem can be so solved.
  The assembling unit of needle clutch with stamped external ring is such a supporting bearing that it integrates the axial load-bearing characteristic with the torque-transmission characteristic as a whole .It can greatly save the space.

2.Inspection on function:
Special attention:
  Because the thickness of stamped external ring is small and it has a deformation after heat treatment, therefore, the functional characteristic of bearing cannot be inspected until it has been pressed into the standard race.
    Inspection method for the function of needle clutch with stamped external ring :press the bearing into the standard race; use a rotary gauge to measure the locking function in single direction. If necessary , it can measure the torque.
3. Installation
  After the needle clutch and the assembling unit of needle clutch with stamped external ring have been pressed into the seat hole, it does not require any additional axial allocation. The installation tolerance is the same as the CQZ needle bearing with stamped external ring .During installation, you should use special tools and pay attention to the locking direction.
