Drawn Cup needle Roller Bearings
    Needle bearing with stamped external ring is made of high quality thin sheet by fine stamping process. It has such characteristics as small structure space, large load capacity and etc. and is suitably used for the place where the installing space is limited and case hole cannot be used as the rolling race. After the bearing has been pressed into the seat hole, it is not necessary to make an axial allocation.
    For the needle bearing with stamped external ring ,it usually takes the journal as its internal race. Based on the service condition, it can also use a suitable internal ring that can be selected from this catalog.
    The structure of needle bearing with stamped external ring is mainly divided into two tyes: the type with fully filled needles and the type with retainer. For each type structure ,it has punched type, closed type, single side sealing ring type and two-side sealing rings, etc. Compared with the retainer type, the fully filled needle type has a great loading capacity but its maximum r.p.m. should not be high. Compared with the punched type ,the closed type has an available seal on the end of shaft.

2、Inspection on dimensions
Special attention：
  Because the thin stamped external ring has a deformation after heat treatment, its dimensions cannot be accurately inspected before installation. The bearing''s dimension can reach its necessary geometric accuracy only after the bearing has been pressed into the standard seat hole .
  The deviation of inscribed circle''s diameter(Fw) of needle bearing with stamped external ring shall comply with the stipulation in table 1:

The inspection method: press the bearing into the standard seat hole that has a dimension complying with table 2 and has a thickness greater than 20;then use the limit plug gauge listed in table in table 3 to make a measurement.

3、Installation
  The needle bearing with stamped external ring can get its final dimensions and geometric accuracy only after it has been pressed into the seat hole .The tolerance of seat hole and shaft is recommendded in table 4. When it uses the journal as the rolling race , its surface hardness cannot be lower than 58HRC; its surface roughness Ra shall be less than 0.2um; its roundness and cylindricity shall not greater than 50% of the journal''s dimensional tolerance.
