Product Description:
Disposable fully auto medical vial cap machine mainly produce aluminium foil cap, medical vial cap & flip off cap of diameter 13mm & 20mm. The working speed is 100-150 PCS/min.
Disposable medical vial cap machine is composed of the followings:
1. Decoiler (with an auto-lubricator)
2. Electrical control panel
3. Foil feeder
4. Pneumatic press machine (Capacity of 25T)
5. Medical vial cap multiple mould
6. Medical vial cap collector
 
Main Features:
1.  Fully auto medical vial cap machine work fully automatically. Worker control & regulate this machines by electric control panel, including the air-pressure and electricity.
2.    There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder, which can lubricate aluminium foil automatically.
3.    The foil feeder feed aluminium foil into press machine as per setting, controlled by PLC, which assure a high-precision step.
4.    The press can be equipped with multi-cavity moulds, such as 6 cavities.
5.    We can design and manufacture different machines and moulds on different customers' request.
