Then doubts, problems and suggested solutions will be presented to the customer via DFM, and the design will be further optimized based on the customers feedback.  
 
We can offer customers the 2D drawing and mould design proposal within 3 days, followed by mould flow analysis, risk assessment, etc. Rapid tooling takes only 8 to 12 days, and normal injection moulds take 20 to 30 days, depending on the complicacy of moulds. Achievable mould standards: DME, HASCO, Husky, Mould-Masters, MasterFlow, Thermoplay, etc.
