By the exertions of our staffs, we won lots of awards, such as outstanding R&D center of engineering and technology. Our company occupied 7000 square meters. The staff number is at around 200 including more than 20 design engineers and over 10 project managers.
 
We can deal with service covering the area of auto accessory, electronics, medical parts, and telecommunication, etc. In recent years, weve not only increased our coverage in domestic markets largely but also exported our products to the international markets. Our customers mainly exported to Germany, France, Holland, Italy, US, etc.
 
Since 2004, Hansun has been engaged in R&D and Manufacturing for Precision Mold. We believe that the manufacturing of high quality products starts with high quality mold, helping customer win at the starting line.
Each month, Hansan is able to supply 50 to 60 sets of good quality mold for our both domestic and foreign customers, such as Germany, France, Netherland, Italy, Iran and Brazil etc.
With reasonable design proposal, exquisite processing technology, modernized equipment, advanced management system, strict quality control and rigorous attitude, Hansun project team will provide you quality molds to help you win the market.
 
Hansun owns a motivated and seasoned project team and will hold a review meeting before project launching. On basis of appearance and application of product, analyzing the practical production, our design engineer will clearly show customers issues and solutions via DFM, and provide optimized design according to customer's feedback.
 
Before mold making, Hansun help customer verify and optimize plastic parts, injection mold and injection molding process. By the ways of simulation setting and result illustration, Hansun can show customer how the influence on production from wall thickness, gate location and plastic distribution time, etc.
 
Hansun makes commitment to provide customer 2D drawing and mold design within 3 days, and suggest mold flow analysis and risk assessment. 20 days for rapid tooling, 30-35 days for injection mold (depending on the design).
