Product Description:

Briquettes made with binders are usually pressed at low pressure. When briquettes are made without binders, however, the success of the process depends upon crushing or plastically deforming the particles to bring them closely together. High pressure briquette machine is widely used to make briquettes from various powdery materials, including aluminium powder, magnesium powder, ore powder, active charcoal powder, alumina, caustic soda (sodium hydroxide), clay, coke powder, coal, cryolite, chemical fertilizer, plastic, calces, pigment etc. without using binder. The main purpose of the machine is to reduce powder pollution, minimize size/capacity of raw material, recycle and make more it convenient for transportation.

Advanced High Pressure Briquetting Machine/High Atmospheric Pressure Briquette Machine is mainly composed of transmission system, feeder mechanism, main frame, roll shaft, belt conveyor and oil pressure system. The transmission system is mainly made up of transmission motor, coupling, reducer, ball trough coupling. The power is separately transmitted to two working rollers, which are movable roll and fixed roll. The movement direction of the two rollers is opposite and they move simultaneously.

The main machine frame is a frame-based compound structure and composed of eight beams. It adopts cone pin for positioning which makes the connection solid and dismantle convenient. Inside the frame, there are fixed bearing pedestal and movable bearing pedestal supported by oil cylinder. The belt conveyor is composed of electric roller, tail wheel, riding roller and belt. The oil pressure system is made up of oil box, oil pump, oil filter, overflow valve, single-direction valve and accumulator and its main function is to automatically provide a stable pressure to the roller as well as energy accumulation and safe overflow.
