Product Description:

Hydraulic briquette machine is newly developed model which is to press biomass material to briquettes. Hydraulic briquette press is a special machine for briquette pressing. The raw material for this model includes: crushed branches or wood waste, rice husk, straws, paper cardboard with 8-15% moisture content to dry biomass briquettes with higher density. This equipment is to press crushed sawdust or other raw materials to briquettes. First step is to load the material to silo and then feed it to pellet making chamber via screw conveyor. Finally hydraulic cylinder and molding die press the material to briquettes with 0.7-1.2kg/dm3 or so in density and push briquettes to required place along transportation chutes.

Compared with the mechanical briquetting machine, Hydraulic Dry Powder Briquetting Press Machine/New Type Hydraulic Briquetting Machine has some features:

1. The powder to be processed is very fine. No binder and water is allowed.

2. Big power, low speed. Roll speed is no more than 10r/min. To achieve the same capacity, the power needed is higher.

3. Because of the heavy duty, pressure control system by wedge shape iron block is no more suitable. Hydraulic system is equipped to adjust the pressure automatically.

4. Due to high pressure and abrasive material, roller tire of hydraulic briquette press is made of alloy steel, rather than cast steel. And tire will go through forging, quenching process. The hardness is nearly the same with bearing steel.
