    This  unrolling, longitudinal shearing, stripping and coiling line consists of board-sending car, unrolling, board-conveying, circular cutter longitudinal cutting machine, damped pre-separating boards, group of coiling machines, board unloading car, controlling system, etc. The main function of this line is cutting wide coiled metal board into stripes in required width in the direction along the length, which makes blanks for rolling, punching, cold-bending forming, pressing, etc. The distance between the upper and lower cutter shafts can be adjusted to suit boards of various widths. The boards can be cut into different widths when fixers of blades are changed into other specifications.
