   This Numerical Control High-speed Cut-to-Length Line for Metal Sheets is equipment specializes in leveling and cutting metal sheets into blocks. It usually consists of board-sending car, unrolling machine, board-supporting-and-conveying equipment, leveling machine, board-conveying bridge, direction-correcting facility, length-measuring-and-fixing equipment, film-adding facility, shearing machine, blocks-of-boards-conveying table, pneumatic board-vertically-lining frame, hydraulic lifting stacking table, blocks-of-boards-conveying facility, hydraulic system, electric systemtogether with PLC control system. The main units for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric systems and length-measuring-and-fixing system are products of world-famous manufacturers. This cut-to-length line is mainly used in processing cold-rolled carbon steel, coiled stainless board and coiled non-ferrous metal boards, etc. Equipped with six-fold leveling machine, this cut-to-length line can well-level coiled metal boards whose surfaces need advanced technology to process (such as aluminum board) , and then cut the leveled boards into blocks in required length. Depended on the requirements from our customers, the process of leveling can be achieved by a primary leveling machine or an advanced one. Then shearing the leveled boards in required length can b e achieved by ordinary mechanical electrical appliance together with digital frequency conversion technology or alternating servo technology. The shearing machine could be an ordinary mechanical shearing machine or a hydraulic shearing machine, or a high-speed gated shearing machine whose power is transmitted by electromagnetic clutches or pneumatic clutches, or a flying-saw shearing machine, or a turning-style flying shearing machine. Equipped with other machines, the function of this cut-to-length line can be enhanced.
