A).The faulty percentage is below 1% for AC ballast,2% for DC ballast.We will give you the replacements for free charges at next order once you find the faulty, the precondition is that you must cut the cable of the ballast, and show me the ballasts' pictures. B).The quality warranty period is 18 months for AC.
