Main features

 

1. The trainer uses diesel engine and related spare parts. Suitable for the training of the understanding of the engines structure and control system.

 

2. The disassembly station contains the base, flip frame, speed reducer, and pick oil basin. The engine can be rotated 360 degree during the assembly and disassembly process and can be stayed stable at any angle, which makes the disassembly work very easy.

 

3.The engine can be connected to the, oil, gas, and water etc which installed on the mobile stand panel and can be started and accelerated as a real engine working.

 

4. The trainees can run and start the engine ie starting, idling, accelerating, and decelerating after the assembly of the engine.

 

5. Electrical control circuit, test terminal, dashboard and diagnosis seat of the original car are installed on the test panel.

 

   6. A large oil basin can make the tool, spare parts and oil do not leak to the ground
