Product introduction  

It is made of hydrogen fuel reactor system components. It is required to demonstrate the structure and working principle of automobile fuel cell (hydrogen) system, and dynamically simulate the working process of fuel cell (hydrogen) system, in order to deepen students' understanding of the structure and working principle of hydrogen fuel system.  It is suitable for the theoretical study and practical maintenance training of automobile fuel cell (hydrogen) system in various types of colleges and training institutions.  

Product functions  

1. The equipment completely displays the working principle of fuel cell vehicle energy system, shows the advantages of low-voltage hydrogen storage of metal polymer hydrogen storage tank, dynamically simulates the operating state of fuel cell vehicle energy system under resistive and inductive loads, and dynamically displays the characteristics and advantages of fuel cell vehicle energy system;  

2. By adopting 4 intelligent monitoring terminals and 4.3-inch display screen, the principle animation of interactive operation status of relevant core components of fuel cell can be collected in real time;  

3. The intelligent monitoring terminal collects the energy output conversion process of fuel cell from hydrogen into the reactor through diffusion layer, catalyst, proton exchange membrane, oxygen in the air and catalyst conversion.  How to acquire fuel cells in real time;  How to realize the high voltage conversion from low voltage to ECU processor, primary coil secondary coil, rectifier bridge boost output;  Animation curve state of how to convert the reactor output direct current to three-phase AC through IGBT.  The monitoring terminal displays the running state of the three-phase drive motor. Idle speed and acceleration and deceleration can be realized by configuring the accelerator pedal.  

4. The panel mounted analog drive motor is used to reflect the hydrogen output from hydrogen storage tank to fuel cell stack. After the booster, the high voltage DIRECT current output is converted to the motor controller and the ac output is converted to drive the motor to operate, which can fully display the structure, composition and working principle of fuel cell system;  

5. It can dynamically simulate five working conditions including fuel cell stack gas supply, stack power generation, power supply boost, capacitor charging and normal running, and assist with LED water lamp to more visually reflect the energy flow state;  

6. The gear selection device can simulate the running state of power motor in R, N and D modes.  A brake switch is installed to simulate the recovery state of brake energy when the brake pedal is pressed down.  

7, the panel with the 4 mm thick or higher corrosion resistance, impact resistance, contamination resistance, fire prevention, moistureproof, senior aluminous model board, panel printing are never fade the whole fuel cell car layout structure and work principle diagram, students can directly control the fuel cell car energy system structure diagram, understanding and analysis of the operation principle of the fuel cell car energy system;  

8, the structure of the platform is the national standard aluminum alloy frame, using 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm two kinds of integrated aluminum alloy profiles, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and easy to clean, embedded 4mm aluminum plate support and seal, the surface pavement of high quality one-time forming composite plate moistureproof and durable.  Universal wheel with locking function at the bottom, easy to move and fix.
