I have had the BMR subframe bushing inserts in for a few months now. They do not replace the elastomer bushings, the urethane insert fills the openings (voids) in the rubber bushing to stiffen it. I did not notice any difference in the driver's seat comfort (can't speak for the rear seat). Once in awhile certain types of pavement surfaces will sound a bit weird. I did take off the weights from the subframe at the same time which may cancel some noise. Weights Post. These inserts are plenty stiff for good handling. I would not put in full replacement urethane bushings, stick with your favorite brand of bushing inserts for this one.
