Xiangfen Rongshida Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located 3km west of Fencheng Town, Xiangfen County and covers an area of 35,000 square meters. The company has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of precision castings and over 10,000 tons of mechanical processing. The sand molding line of casting workshop comprises internationally advanced Japan Sinto FBM-IIIT automatic molding line and Z148E open molding line. The sizes of sand mold include 660×508×250/250 and 860×680×300/300. Either of above-mentioned molding lines is equipped with independent automatic sand processing system so as to ensure the stable and unified quality of sand molds. The hot-box core shooter and core-shell machine are used to make cores with different sizes and structures. The double-hook shot blast machine, crawler shot blast machine and cleaning roller are adopted to clean castings with different sizes and shapes. Sorts of heat treatment equipment can meet different requirements of treatment. Complete physical and chemical, component and size testing equipment can guarantee quality and performance of products. In mechanical processing workshop, CNC lathe, semi-automatic multicut lathe and high-precision general machining equipment constitute flexible processing line so that the machining production can be flexibly organized and the processing capacity and quality can be guaranteed.

The company takes full advantage of technology productivity and has hired professional management and technical staff engaged in production and technical management, including 5 management staff with senior professional title, 15 staff with medium professional title and 25 staff with junior professional title, who work at main positions of production so that quality controlled is ensured.
