Feature of silicone core pipe:
1.The inner wall of the silicone core pipe is solid,which is permanent lube and keeps the same attrition,so the cable can be taken in and out reduplicately.
2.The inner silicone core layer is extruded into HDPE pipe synchronously and symmetrically. the inner silicone layer have the same physical and mechanical properties with HDPE,which makes it unable flake off or break away and have a same longevity with HDPE.
3.The inner silicone core layer do not react with water and it can be cleared by water after accident.
4.The inner diameter is very small(ten persent of the out diameter),when falling across bending and fall,it can be determined by condition,any process is no need, say nothing of setting menhole.
5.Every silicone core pipe can be divide into any length,but for the consideration of security and construction convenience,the pipe length of every roll is about 2000m.
6.construct conveniently,reduce construction cost largely,besides it do not need to put into big pipe and can be shuttled in pipeline freely,branch pipe is also not needed.Because the general length of silicone core pipe is about 2000m,menhole can be setted every 1000m, when shuttling ,blowing is available,which is only taken 15 minutes every 1000m.
