Production Description:
Engine governor is a precision control device, which control stably the engine to run in the set working speed. Electronic governor is widely used in engine speed regulating system because of its advantages, such as reliable performance, complete function, easy installation and maintenance, excellent performance control of speed.
Engine electronic governor consists of speed controllers, actuators, tachometric transducers and connection cables, etc. The desired speed of engine is set by speed setting potentiometer of speed controller. The actual speed of engine is collected by magnetoelectricity speed sensors of installation on flywheel ring gear, the output signal is frequency and engine speed proportioned
AC voltage signal. The signal changed into DC voltage through the F/V circuit, after comparing with the speed setting value to get a speed deviation value. The deviation value changed into PWM current control mode after operating and amplifying of PID regulator, then export drive current to the actuator. Under the action of drive current, actuator will compress the internal spring to do rotating motion output.
Actuator is armored type DC proportional electromagnet, refueling direction driving force in proportion to control current in coil winding, the reset force of reducing oil direction grew out of the reset spring, actuators swing arm make mechanical pump control handle of engine or carburetor motion to reduce speed deviation direction, so as to control the engine operate stable in set speed.
