JDB series of solid lubricant embedded bushes have low friction coefficient, high load capacity and long life. It is most suitable for high temperature, high load, low speed, dirt and corrosion resistant, and those under water and other solutions where oils are difficult to be applied or not permitted. It is widely used in metallurgy industry, mineral machines, ship building, marine mechanisms,water turbine, gas turbine, injection molding machines, machine tools etc.
The base metal of JDB bushes are strong brass. The surface of metals is embedded with small rods of solid lubricants. It composes both the advantages of metals and non-metallic lubricating solids. It can be used in various of machines, and can work steady without oil.
