The crankshaft we produce apply with sand faced iron mould casting process and QT800-6/QT900-6 ductile cast iron. Such process technique and materials we developed made our crankshaft high reliable in quality and more competible in price.

As one of the main OEM/ODM products for our clients, the crankshafts apply with high-extent ductile iron material QT800-6/QT900-6, they are the best alternative substitute of 42CrMo forged steel crankshaft because of their high reliable and good performance in our market. Now, they are greatly applied to the turbo-charge and turbo-charge inter-cooling diesel engine or car engine, and the annual produce ability is 50 thousand tons.
