We are professional manufacturer of cylinder head and cylinder block. Now we have developed:
Cylinder head for Cummins 4BT,6BT, 6CT, ISBe, ISLe(T375), NTA855,6BT natural gas engine head, 6CT natural gas engine head. Caterpillar 3304 and 3306 series.
Cylinder block for Cummins 4BT, 6BT, 6CT, ISL(T375); Caterpillar 3304 and 3306 series.
Short block, long block for Cummins 4BT, 6BT,6CT.
Goods can be also developed by sample and drawing. Development Period:
Cylinder head: half and two month
Cylinder block: half and three month
QA/QC Introduction
An independent Quality Control Department is supervised directly by General Manager and responsible for the following duties:
1) Physical and material analysis, dimension measurement, weighting and other inspection of the raw materials and finished products
2) Particular test for different products
3) Measurement and conformation to quality standards
4) Identifying, recording and disposing of rejected material
