WuHu HuaFeng Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 in the city of WuHu with which a convenient transportation by the Yangtze River in AnHui Province. The company is specialized in designing and manufacturing various die casting moulds, injection molds and blow molds & manufacturing and machining various die casting parts.

The company has been put into production since May, 2003. With great concerns and supports from the local government and the related departments, with continuous efforts from the company staff, the company is growing stably. It got ISO/TS 16949:2002 registered in August, 2007. Now the conscientious and skilled staff is making more efficient efforts to the company with an excellent quality and management system. It has now more than 200 employees.

Equipped with 10 sets of CNC, 10 sets of die casting machines (160T, 250T, 400T, 420T, 500T, 800T, 1000T, 1250T, 1600T), the company can build the mould, cast and machine aluminum alloy parts weighing under ...[More]gs. Annual production capacity can be more than RMB120 million for aluminum alloy die casting parts and 15 million for moulds.
Advanced testing equipments, such as 3D testing machine (CMM), Spectral Analyzer, etc. help the company control the quality in house very well. There are more than 60 sets of machining equipment in the existing 6 machining lines. More than 2 million die casting parts were machined in 2007.

The company mainly supply Automobile die casting parts to Chery Auto Co., Ltd. The products cover Chery Auto transmission housing and brackets series as A11、B11、S11、AVL、372, etc. It assistants Chery Auto at the developing stage on many new parts. The company pays great attention to every step of the process from new parts developing, designing, mould building, die casting, machining and quality in house controlling.

The company has established wide and cooperative relationships with many vehicle manufacturers. Besides Chery Auto, it has also supplied parts for DongFeng Moter Group Company Limited, Harbin Dongan Motors Corporation (HDMC), DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. and YangZhou Yarp Automotive Co., Ltd.. It is also the supplier or sub-supplier of some named foreign company as Makita Japan, Fiat Italy and Renalt France.
