At WNCF we are manufacturers for ferrous metal castings by use of semi-automatic shell moulding and automatic sand moulding lines.

Our ferrous metals are:
- CAST IRONS: grey (= lamellar graphite cast iron) and ductile (= spheroidal /nodular graphite cast iron ) irons
- DUCTILE CAST IRON SUPERALLOYS (ferrous alloys): D5S Ni-resist (austenitic high nickel-alloyed ductile = high-nickel heat and corrosion resistant = NiSiCr 35-5-2) and SiMo ( = Silicon-Molybdenum) irons
- CAST STEEL: stainless steel

Our in-house quality control equipment bases on the following devices:
- Industrial X-ray detector
- Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)
- Digital metallographic microscope
- High-frequency infrared carbon and sulphur analyzer
- Computer-controlled universal testing machine
- Other destructive and non-destructive testings

We outsource precision machining to local top-industries with modern CNC ...[More]g and CNC lathe machining centers and further types of equipment.
One of our favorite outsourced providers of precision machining services in Weifang has got (a) 41 Computer Numerically Controlled machines + (b) 14 quality-check devices + (c) 39 conventional machines, i.e.:
(a) CNC EQUIPMENT: 14 CNC machining centers and 27 CNC lathes
(b) QUALITY inspection EQUIPMENT: 6 devices for testing dimensional and mechanical properties + 3 devices for measuring 3D coordinates + 1 device for measuring 2D coordinates
(c) CONVENTIONAL Machining EQUIPMENT: 15 lathe machines + 5 milling machines + 9 drilling machines + 10 grinding machines

We produce mostly automotive OE-parts, especially turbo castings such as:
