Min stem diameter is 4mm, and max stem diameter is 25mm) 3) 45mm Length of engine valve (L) 450mm (I. E. Min length of engine valve is 45mm, and max length of engine valve is 450mm) 2. General Materials for choice as bellow: 1) Intake valve: 40Cr, 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) or 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3) 2) Exhaust valve: 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1), 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3) or 21-4N (SUH35) Thereof, 40Cr, 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) and 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3) are magnetic to magnet. But 21-4N (SUH35) does not have magnetism. Our advised material combination to high quality of engine valves: 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) for intake valve 21-4N (SUH35) for exhaust valve In order to save costs, exhaust valves can adopt a special technique, friction welding to weld two materials together, 4Cr9Si2 and 21-4N. For Common quality of engine valves: 40Cr for intake valve 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) for exhaust valve 3. Professional processing technology to engine valves: Chrome plating, nitrification, Oxygenation, U type quenching to stem top, quenching to conical surface, grinding to chrome-plated conical surface, friction welding (bi-metal butt welding), simultaneous grinding to tri-groove, and metallic powder resurfacing welding etc. 4. Quality policy: 1) The factory has been ISO9001: 2000 and TS16949 certificated. 2) 100% inspection before shipment release. 3) Roundness tolerance is controlled within 0.005mm; Diameter tolerance of valve stem is less than 0.01mm. 4) Quality guarantee: 30 kilometers of driving for 40Cr (intake valve) and 4Cr9Si2 (exhaust valve); 60 kilometers of driving for 4Cr9Si2 (intake valve) and 21-4N (exhaust valve). 5.
