Production Description:
1. Basic Tubing
- Shaanxi Yongrui Double-Wall steel tubing is the economical alternative to seamless tube. It has many of the same qualities as seamless tubing and is suitable for most high pressure applications.
- This brazed Double Wall steel tubing is manufactured to YB/T4164.
- Custom sizes may be manufactured at customer request. Double Wall steel tubing is available in coils or can be cut-to-length.

Zinc Galvanized Tubing
Zinc galvanized double wall steel tube has better corrosion protection than non-galvanized double wall steel tube which is copper brazed. Appearances of following colors are available after passivation with different corrosion protection performances.
PVF Coated Tubing
PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) amour protects tubes from corrosion
For far longer time than zinc coated tubes.

4. Introduction of YB/T4164
YB/T4164 is published for double wall brazed steel tubes (Bundy Tubes) used for refrigeration, A/C, general automotive, hydraulic and other similar applications requiring tubing of suitable quality for bending, flaring, forming, and brazing.
The dimensions, mechanical properties, requirements for coating, salt mist and double-flare tests of YB/T4164 are similar to US standards. While the chemical composition, flattening, bending, pressure proof tests and inside cleanliness of YB/T4164 are lower than that of US standards.
Generally the specifications of YB/T4164 are stricter than ASTM A254 and SAE J527.
The latest revisions of these standards are: YB/T4164-2007, ASTM A254-12, and SAE J527-201306.
