6000,6200,6300series bearings This bearing has the lowest frictional losses and therefore, it is broadly used in machinery industry such as precision meter, low noise electric motor, transmission shaft of textile machinery, mining machinery, medical equipment and other general machinery. This bearing consists of inner and outer rings with deep symmetrical ball race, separator and complement of Balls. This beading is designed primarily for radial load but due to it's design features it is capable of carrying equal amount of thrust (axial) load in either direction and is capable of operating at high speed too. Different clearances allow a relative misalignment of inner ring and ourter ring from 8’ to 16’

Angular contact ball bearings can bear both radial and axial load, and they can work at high speed. The greater the contact angle is, the stronger the axial load capacity they have. In high-precision and high-speed situation, the contact angle is always 15 degrees in use, and the contact angle will increase because of the axial force. Single row angular contact ball bearings only support axial load in one direction. As bearing radial load will cause additional axial force, the bearings can only limit one direction’s movement of the shell or the axis. If the bearings are back-to-back duplex installed, the outer rings of a pair of bearings should be made to face to each other. That is wide edge faces wide edge,narrow edge faces narrow edge. This method can avoid additional axial force, and limit the axes’ or the shell’s movement in the sphere of axial gap.
