Production Description:

Casting molds adequate for 26x12 wheels or other parts, forging tools also available for parts of this size.
Plastic injection molds ranging from 2 mm x 2mm to 1.0 M x 1.2 M
Stamping dies from 2mm x 2mm to 60 cm x 80 cm.
Multiple grades of steel are available. For hot work steels we have worked with NADCA A,B and C grade and equivalents.
 We can manufacture molds with complex shapes and surfaces, removable cores and slides, thermal management features and other special features.
 Warranties available from 25,000 to 100,000 cycles/shots depending on application, steels, heat treatments and surface specified.
