Catalytic converter is one of most important parts of vehicles emisstions control systerm,adopting ceremic honeycomb as the carrier, which coating the active oxide of rare earth complex cover,and make rare-earth and little noble metal as catalyst.

The catalytic converters install and work in the following limited scope:

1.Light-off temperature is approximately250.The light-off temperature refers to the temperature of 50% conversion rate after warm-up adequately.

2.The catalytic converter will have the best anti-aging and conversion ability when the bed temperature is at between 300 to 700.

3.Bed temperature:950~1050.
