SHANGHAI STONE DIESEL ENGINE CO.,LTD Based on the retained characteristics of the Steyr WD 615 such as separate cylinder head , frame structure , dry liner etc . , the WD615 Euro III diesel engines adopt the leading technology in engines and emission. such as the 4 values / cylinder EC common rail fuel injection etc . , the main features are as follow s: 1. Through application of the internationally most advanced design means and test method, the engine has achieved the Euro III and Euro IV emission standard. The engine power is 400 hp and the B10 Life of the engine is 12000 hours. The noise of the complete engine is under 97 db . The calibration of the engine was performed in conformity with the EURO III emission requirements. When only the 160 MPa common rail pressure is used and pilot injection, post-injection and late injection are implemented, the engine is fully capable to undergo adjustment and calibration , applying the same common rail fuel injection . When a necessary exhaust gas after treatment system is added to, the EURO IV emission requirements that will come in effect in the future can be met with . 2. Completely new design based on the profile of the Styer EURO II diesel engine, On the principle of retaining the assembly connection dimension of the complete vehicle and the configuration of the complete engine as far as possible. This greatly facilitates matching the truck plant and meanwhile ensures the engine good drivability, so that the customers can save a large amount of time and expense for upgrading their products . 3. 80% of the parts of the WD 615 EURO III and WD615 EURO II are interchangeable. This means a good technical succession and versatility and facilitates the production of the manufacturers of the complete vehicles and the engine maintenance and parts purchase of the end users greatly .
