The Table Plate of the brake shoe adopts the criterion of Q235B (Gr.D in US, SS400 in Japan, Fe360B in Germany), and the Web Plate adopts the criterion of Q345B (Gr.E in US, SM50B in Japan, st52-3 in Germany). Inner R High Frequency Quenching has been introduced for the big and small hatch of brake shoe. The deepness of quenching is between 1.5-2mm, and the rigidity is between HRC35-45. A Technique of Electrophoresis is adopted on the surface of brake shoe, therefore, the rigidity of paint surface and salt spray test has achieved international standard and had a higher quality than traditional spraying. CO2 Protecting Welding is introduced and single point strength that examined by Zhejiang University Mechanics Research Institute is on average above 15Fs/KN.
