Main characteristics of techniques:
  Inner R High Frequency Quencher has been introduced for the hatch of big and small brake shoes.
  A technique of electrophoresis is adopted  on the surface of brake shoes, therefore ,the rigidity of paint surface and salt spray test has achieved international standard and had a higher quality than traditional spraying.
The raw materials of brake shoes use panel made by large steel mills in China, whose thickness is according with national standard .The panel of brake shoes adopt the criterion of Q235B(Gr.D in US,SS400 inJapan,Fe360B in Germany, ),and strength reinforced plate Q345B(Gr.E in US,SM50B inJapan,St52-3 in Germany).
CO2protecting welding is introduced and single point strength that examined by Zhejiang University Mechanics Research Institute is on average above 15 Fs/KN.
