Introductions:
MST-UL-299E is flat plate and square hole working platform designed as per repair requirement
of a variety of models at home and abroad, which improved in welding technology,
choosing material, equipment parameters and stress intensity, etc. Precise, faster, non-working blind, be in accord with the technician habit, high grade configuration and more
convenience for operation. It is particularly suitable for all kinds of import cars,
commercial vehicle and SUV which need intensive stretching.
Main Functions:
·The platform is flat plate and square hole working platform which is firstly designed and
researched in domestic by ourselves. It conforms to operating requirement, usage and
security of technician at home and abroad. Working platform adopts excellent quality 14#
GB I-beam, CNC plasma cutting, Panasonic CO2 welding, shot-blasting machine to descale and welding slag and electrostatic painting which ensured
the requirement of using intensity, rusting prevention and appearance and so on.
·Tilt hydraulic lifting platform makes the accidental vehicle loaded and unloaded more
convenient(even drive the car onto the platform directly).
·The pulling towers can work along the track for 360° rotation, operated more convenient.
The pulling towers pull strong each other and highly active, and the material is made
of the 10mm wall thickness seamless pipe.
·The jaw of main clamps, spiral movements, in the jaw to maintain the level of state, the
upper and lower pole vertically movements, fine-tuning the level of all kinds of different vehicle chassis height of rapid adjustment.
· The function of leading arm: provide stretching for any point and any directions during
